Abolaji Osime , is one of  Nigeria’s most successful education consultants. In practice since 2007 , Bolaji  has counselled thousands of  students .Her mission is to use her passion, creativity and experience to empower young Nigerians by giving them the skills, knowledge and path ways to ensure they become transformative leaders in society.  In 1999, She established Global International Secondary School & College, an independent, co-educational school  and sixthform with day and boarding facilities with branches in Abuja & Lagos. Till date, the school has graduated over 2,000 students, 99% of whom secured admission into top British, USA, Canadian , Nigerian and European universities

In 2007, she set up Strategic Students Offshore Placements  with the aim of assisting students in selecting the most appropriate degree, course or qualification and country for their career aspirations. For students who may not yet have a career path in mind, she aids and guides in determining a career which would suit the student’s potential and capability. Thereafter, she utilizes her expertise and experience to facilitate a successful application to the selected educational institution and assist the student in meeting the stringent qualification requirements.

In 2021 she set up Global Reimagine Online Academy West Africa’s top test prep academy, specializing in local and International examination preparation for JAMB, WAEC IGCSE SAT, IELTS and TOEFL

Her foundation philosophy is that a successful career is dependent on an individual securing the right qualification, through the best institution, which will allow the individual to leverage their inherent capability and launch themselves into a worthwhile and a productive life.

Her remarkable knowledge on information and educational institutions worldwide, with emphasis on the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Europe, ensures that goals and aspirations of her clients are met.
